Chair of Rowan University's Department of Public Relations/Advertising, FitzGerald serves as Secretary/Treasurer and a founding member of IAOC. Her focus is on conferences and association management. Her background in marketing communication includes managing -corporate communication for CIGNA and Unisys as well as 15 years of full-time teaching of undergraduate/graduate students.
Philippe Borremans
Principal, Blackline Social Media Consulting
A leading online media consultant located in Brussels, Belgium, Borremans focus is on developing a European IAOC Chapter and coordinating the online presence of the organization. Borremans bring more than 14 years public relations experience to the board. From his career with Porter Novelli International and IBM in business development, Borremans gained the necessary experience to launch his own social media firm. He is also a founding member of IAOC.
Dee Rambeau
Co-founder and Managing Partner, The Fuel Group
Rambeau's focus is on developing sponsorships and alliances for the organization. Rambeau brings 25 years of marketing promotions, television and communication experience to IAOC.
Rambeau is a recognized national authority on the topic of online media relations and effective online communication.
Bill Wolff, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Rowan University
As an assistant professor of writing at Rowan University, Wolff serves as the organization's blog master and webmaster. Wolff has served the University of Texas and Rutgers University in their computer, writing and research lab and instructional technology programs respectively. He currently teaches Web 2.0 applications, web design and online communication for Rowan.Michelle Hinson
Director of Development, Institute for Public Relations
As the director of development for the Institute for Public Relations, Hinson creates, plans, and executes the development program including identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors for annual, major and planned gifts, and special events. Hinson recieved her master's degree in Philanthropy & Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. She is currently a PhD candidate in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in nonprofit management and leadership at Walden University.
